The Y32 four column hydraulic press adopts a three beam four column structure, with a hydraulic system using plug-in valve oil circuits and an electrical system using relays or PLC control circuits. It has adjustable and semi-automatic operation modes. The overall structure is simple, compact, economically reasonable, reliable in action, long in service life, and has minimal hydraulic impact, reducing connecting pipelines and leaks. The working pressure, pressing speed, and stroke range can be adjusted within the specified range according to the process requirements, achieving both constant pressure and constant range processes. In the case of constant pressure forming, there is a delay in holding pressure and an automatic return stroke after pressing. The workbench is equipped with an ejector device in the middle, which can not only eject products, but also serve as a hydraulic pad for the forming process of drawn parts.

The Y41 single column hydraulic press is a "C" type single column structure, using all steel welded bodies.
